Oh yeah, and Grace Potter opened the show and helped add to the epic nature of this event. I had pretty damn good seats, too! (end of the walkway on the stadium floor)

Two hours and fifteen minutes after the Mick & company hit the stage delivering classic *gems*, the ending fireworks display put an exclamation point to the event, illuminating the low cloud deck which had drenched the sold-out crowd en route to TCF Bank Stadium, then miraculously stopped 10 minutes before Grace hit the stage. During the course of the evening I was reminded of a few things.

First, the whole event was surreal to a point as it did not really hit me with the enormity of this spectacle until the following morning, after only 4 hours of sleep.

Secondly, I was reminded that age has no impact on rock & roll. Mick Jagger & his bandmates would once again prove that. Simply, It's all about ATTITUDE!
