Have You Revised Your Concert Bucket List Lately?

Though it feels like a selfish, knee-jerk reaction, I should have bought the damn concert tickets! I was reminded of that again today as I visited a friend's Facebook Page and read her profile.

Coming off a terrible week for the music world with the shockingly painful loss of Chris Cornell, I realized once again that I should have gone with what my heart was telling me, instead of the frugal, 'good-angel' who sits atop my right shoulder whispering logic, common sense practices, and fiscal responsibility into my right ear.

Months ago when I saw that Soundgarden would be part of this year's Northern Invasion, I told myself that was thee one act that I had to see at this year's event. I had even made sure that my full-time gig would not be a hurdle...I was OFF, free & clear.

I procrastinated, hemmed & hawed around, and at the very last minute changed my mind and skipped the event. Hell; even ticket prices had been drastically reduced a couple of weeks before and I still ignored what my heart & my 'gut' were telling me.
