Twice the Legal Limit With Kid in the Car

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman is expected to face an enhanced DUI charge after she was caught allegedly driving drunk last Friday night with a six-year-old child in her car.

A spokesman says an officer responding to a report of an intoxicated motorist caught up with 32-year-old

Crystal Vale while she was in the drive thru at the McDonald’s restaurant next to the 48th Street interchange on South Broadway.

A preliminary test put her blood-alcohol-concentration at .17, which is over double the legal limit.
