Injury

Whales are huge. We are little in comparison. If you ever need a reminder of that, just hop in a kayak and head out into the ocean where whales live. You will probably be reminded pretty quickly of your place in this world, just like these kayakers.

By this point, we've seen hundreds of ALS Ice Bucket Challenges. Some are boring, some are great and some cause injuries. And this one; this one causes an injury -- and it's a glorious one!

As if it's not bad enough that this guy has to ride his bicycle to work in the rain, things just get worse for him really quickly.

Morning commutes are stressful with people rushing to make it to to work, so it's not too often you see folks actually taking the time to help one another. This is one of those times.

There are certain things that just shouldn't be hard. Jumping off a diving board, for instance, is one of those things. Gravity pretty much takes care of everything. You just need to climb up there and step off the edge. Yet this woman somehow managed to screw it up. And she did so in incredible fashion!

Let's just all agree that zombie walks are stupid, OK? Adults dressing up like zombies and walking around a city is kind of silly. But when it comes to Comic-Con International 2014 in San Diego, anything goes and things like this are pretty commonplace.

Stories like this never get old for us. And you'd think that with the frequency of these stories, it would start to deter people from such crimes, but no!

Say that 10 times fast! This was much more than a tongue twister it looks like.  Switchfoot's singer Jon Foreman had to get 30 stitches after a surfing injury on Monday. Most of the stitches are inside his upper lip. They had to reschedule their album release. OUCH! The band played in St. Paul in September of last year.
