Free Beer & Hot Wings: Car Runs Over Woman During Comic-Con Zombie Walk [Video]

Let's just all agree that zombie walks are stupid, OK? Adults dressing up like zombies and walking around a city is kind of silly.

But when it comes to Comic-Con International 2014 in San Diego, anything goes and things like this are pretty commonplace.

During the annual Zombie Walk: San Diego at Comic-Con over the weekend, a guy was driving down the street and attempted to get past the zombies.

When they surrounded his car, he kind of freaked out and mashed the gas, running over a woman in the process. She was hospitalized with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
