Rochester’s Funniest Video From The Huge Blizzard One Year Ago
One year ago we were all living through one of the most memorable moments in Minnesota history...the huge Blizzard that left us with so much snow! I can't believe we didn't make t-shirts that said "I survived the Blizzard of 2019". We don't have the shirts to wear but we will always have this video to help us remember.
Turn the sound on and get ready to laugh because this video of cars getting stuck in a Rochester apartment complex parking lot last year is hilarious.
In case you weren't here for this epic storm, Minnesota got hit with an amazing storm that closed pretty much every single road. We were all told not to drive and to just stay home. Some residents in Rochester apparently didn't get that message from MnDot and the Olmsted County Sherrif's office and they tried to get out of their parking lot.
Kelsey Saladin, Rachel Hoverstad and Hanwen Wong created the video to show their parents how bad the roads and parking lot were after the storm hit. The idea of the video going viral wasn't on their mind but a few hours after posting the video, the video was watched one million times.
What makes it funny? The captions and music that go along with the video will have you cracking up. Go ahead, turn the sound on and watch the video below!
