Rochester Man Accused of Sexually Assaulting Young Girl
UPDATE: According to the prosecutor this case was dismissed "in the interest of justice."
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A criminal complaint has been filed against a Rochester man, accusing him of sexually assaulting a young girl several years ago.
A criminal complaint charging 63-year-old Frederick Lyke with 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct has been filed in Olmsted County Court. The complaint says the abuse occurred between June 2013 and June 2015.
It was first reported to police last year. When interviewed by a police investigator, Lyke denied the accusation.
He has been ordered to make his first court appearance next month.
