St. Paul, MN (KROC AM News) - Owners of an area restaurant have been charged with a total of 18 tax-related felonies according to the Minnesota Department of Revenue and the Goodhue County Attorney’s Office.

Kelly and Ricky Anderson own Kelly’s Tap House Bar and Grill in Red Wing, and Kelly Anderson and the bar owe a combined more than $317,000.
