Maple, Bacon, Coffee, BEER? Oh, And Beer & Bacon ‘Mancakes’

This is obviously for those of you that would LOVE to wake up and have some beer.  It's breakfast all rolled into one, ahem, drink.  It's not new, because it made it's debut back in April of 2011, in a very small batch run at that time.   On January 11th, The Funky Buddha Lounge & Brewery is going to be offering up Maple Bacon Coffee Porter again.  The Funky Buddha is in Florida. Sure, they can laugh at us up here in the snow and cold, in their warm little environment with funky brews.

funkybuddhabrewery[/caption]'Maple Bacon Coffee Porter' is not the only unique offering that they offer, they have everything from the 'Cabana Boy' Wheat Ale, to the 'Sweet Potato Cassorole'.  If those selections don't excite you, they can whip up some 'Don't Tell Reece Peanut Butter Cup Brown Ale,' or the 'Rice Crispy Treat Brown Ale'.   I love me some Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and all, but... I can't say I'd be running to put that in my beer, but that's just me.

This is not the first time Bacon has been paired with Beer, and why not?   Bacon + Beer... I bet there is a market for this.   This company, Rogue, offers the 'Bacon Maple Ale' also. They claim that it pairs well with doughnuts and pork.
