With about 135,000 miles of roads, streets and highways here in Minnesota, there are bound to be some dangerous intersections. But is this intersection the most dangerous here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes?

Well, according to the gang over at MSN via Business Insider, it is. They went through each state and compiled the intersection they thought was the most dangerous. Well, they didn't just guess; the story says they used actual traffic data to come up with their results. "Time Magazine looked at data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration over 10-year span measuring traffic accidents involving automobiles and pedestrians and determined the most dangerous intersection in each US state," the story noted.

So which one is it? The Most Dangerous Intersection in Minnesota can be found along U.S. Highway-14 in New Ulm, where it intersects with Minnesota Highway-15. And while the numbers don't lie, I'm still not buying it.

Yeah. Like I said, you can't argue with the data, but out of all the dangerous intersections in the Twin Cities (like merging onto the Crosstown/High-62 from Highway-100) or even here in Rochester (Take your pick of any intersection along Civic Center Drive, Broadway or even 2nd Street during the morning or evening commute), THAT'S the one that's Minnesota's Most Dangerous?

I'm still not buying it. What about you-- which intersection do YOU think is most dangerous?
