Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Stewartville man is scheduled to be sentenced in November for a child pornography conviction.

57-year-old Eric Saterdalen entered guilty pleas to four counts of possession of child pornography in Olmsted County Court on Thursday. 8 other felony counts were dismissed through a plea agreement.

Saterdalen was arrested after the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at his home and seized a computer containing sexually explicit images of young children. The investigation against Saterdalen, which was launched a year ago, started when Yahoo alerted authorities that one of its users had uploaded suspected child porn.

Saterdalen’s sentencing hear has been scheduled on November 13th.
