Anthrax Guitar Player Jailed Over The Holidays

Dan Spitz, Anthrax guitarist, spent Christmas in jail.  Candi, Dan's wife, says she is not pressing charges.   Apparently her mother phoned 911 to report the domestic issue.  “I’m not planning on pursuing this in court,” Candi told Gossip Extra. “This was a big misunderstanding. My mom should’ve never called 911.”  She went on to say, "I understand that most of the other people in jail aren't heavy metal fans."  Candi has been married to Dan Spitz for seven years, and she is a former groupie of Anthrax.   The argument was apparently over another man Candi had dated during a separation they were involved in in last year.
