Rochester, MN (KROC AM) - A Rochester woman who led police on a chase that covered more than 5 miles was found unconscious and suffering seizures after losing control of her car, apparently suffering from a drug overdose.

The same woman was involved in a chase last week that was ended by the pursuing officer. The same officer spotted her around 9:30 Wednesday night at the Holiday convenience store on 4th St SE.

That's when the latest chase began.

As the officer approached her vehicle, she rammed his squad and another one that had arrived and drove off. She headed south on 4th Ave to 12th St SE and made her way to West Circle Dr. She then drove through Country Club Manor on 36th Ave and back to West Circle where she almost hit another vehicle before losing control near the Highway 14 intersection.

Because the woman was a known drug user, officers used Narcan to revive her. She was checked out at St Marys Hospital and then taken to jail. She later admitted taking some heroin before she was spotted by the officer.

The woman has been identified as 34-year-old Andrea Wallace, who is now facing a long list of charges - including driving with a revoked driver's license and no insurance.
