A criminal complaint, filed in Olmsted County Court on Wednesday says the alleged fleeing incident happened in a Rochester neighborhood on the night of May 2.

He was last seen around 7:00 Sunday evening when he left his home in the 2000 block of 5 Ave. in southwest Rochester to go for a ride on his E-bike.

32-year-old Travers Davel McDaniel entered a plea agreement last month. He was arrested and charged in the case in December of 2023.

The charges say the alleged sexual advance happened at a Rochester group home in January of 2025. The victim in the case was under the age of 14 at the time.

A Missing Person Alert issued by the department Monday evening identifies the teen as 16-year-old Christian Gary.

Rochester police responded to the gunfire on April 1 of last year at a southeast Rochester apartment building.

He was one of two people charged in the theft scheme that court documents say resulted in a more than $100,000 loss for the business.

A motorcycle and small SUV were involved in the crash. The State Patrol says the drivers were the only people involved.

Criminal Interdiction Unit detectives alerted the Special Enforcement Team to a person with an active arrest warrant in the 1100 block of 6 St. NW.

Rochester police responded to the small body of water after a person fishing reported finding the remains on the afternoon of April 25.
