Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - About the same time Rochester police were busy with the Vice Presidential motorcade as it arrived at Mayo Clinic Tuesday, a 911 call came in about a naked person.

Police officers were called to near the north Aldi’s store just after noon and sure enough, they spotted the young male walking down a sidewalk with his clothes in one hand.

Police Capt. Casey Moilanen says the 17-year-old did not try to run or confront the officers. It was also determined he was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol or the victim of a crime.

The officers told him to put his clothes back on and gave him a ride to a relative’s home. Moilanen says the relative told the officers this was the second time the teen had stripped in public.
