Weatherman’s Attempt at a Viral Video Is Cringe-Worthy

James Quinones, a weatherman with Channel 12 News in Phoenix was at the zoo in Phoenix for a "behind the scenes" look at how the holiday light show was put together. After talking with a sculptor about an ice giraffe, Quinones "accidentally" bumped the giraffe, knocking it to the ground and breaking it. I've watched the video a few times and you can clearly see that it was done on purpose and there's only two reasons I can think of as to WHY he would do it.

• To be a jerk and try to get the video to go viral.
• The sculptors were in on it from the get go, in hopes the video would go viral

Either way, he's a moron. I mean, c'mon, an ice sculpture in Phoenix?

Watch the weatherman's left arm as he's standing by the giraffe. Child, please.

If a viral video is what they were after, I think they may well get that. Almost makes me sad I have shared this and helped them in their quest...
