This is a pretty scary story - especially for those of you with young children. Late Monday afternoon around 5PM, a Rochester man was riding bikes with his two young children, ages 3 and 5, when a vehicle suddenly pulled up alongside them. Police officers report that the two men inside the vehicle, Vidal Aknis and Brandon Sum (pictured below), apparently began making threats and calling him "a snitch".

Both of these guys were reportedly also showing off their handguns, too. Eventually, one of the d-bags got out of the car to continue making threats. Again, all while two children were present. Not cool.

Luckily, both men were quickly arrested and charged with 2nd Degree Assault and Terroristic Threats. Take a look:

All of this went down around the 4900 block of 19th Avenue NW. While Rochester is overall a relatively safe community, this serves as a good reminder to be careful out there.
