Wyoming, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Twin Cities area teenager was killed Saturday night after being hit by two vehicles while standing on a freeway.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, the teen “was standing on the stripe dividing the 2 southbound lanes of traffic” on I-35.

The State Patrol report says the teen was hit by one vehicle in the right lane of the roadway. He was hit by the second vehicle while on the ground in the left lane.

The teen was identified as 19-year-old Emmanuel Alessandro Lemus-Soto of Spring Lake Park. The State Patrol report indicates he had been drinking.

The deadly incident happened around 10:00 PM in the town of Wyoming.
