Since quarantine started, it's been hard to do simple tasks, like shower everyday, or make your bed. So, SWNS did a study of 2,000 Americans to find out what the pros and cons of making your bed are, and it turns out sex is in the mix.

According to the research, 4 in 10 Americans said coming back to someone's place said it's a big turn-off when they see the person doesn't make their bed. 55% of bed-makers said it's a turn off, where only 9% of non-bed-makers were bothered by it. Turn-off doesn't mean turned-off though, as 61% of people said it wouldn't be a dealbreaker.

Since the pandemic started, bed-makers are having 25% more sex than non-bedmakers.

48% of people said their sleep improves when they make their bed.

44% of people said their productivity has increased after making their bed every morning.

So, make your bed. You'll sleep better, have more sex, and get more work done, just from a 2 minute process.
