‘Strange Acting Man’ Arrested By Rochester Police
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police officers responded to a strange call Monday morning - a man was seen talking to his reflection at a local convenience store.
The man had already driven away from the 55th St NW Kwik Trip when the officers arrived but he was spotted a few blocks away. Officers then learned the man was driving a pickup truck that had been reported stolen from a local motel two hours earlier.
The man was arrested and a blood sample was taken to determine if he was on drugs. He was identified as 23-year-old Trevor Allen of Rochester.
