Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame – Put It On Your Bucket List

Recently I was able to check off an item on my bucket list, The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame on the Cleveland, OH lakefront.

Last Friday, August 5th I was able to fulfill a dream with a visit to an iconic site that I would eventually deem as destiny, The Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. For those of you who have been there, you'll know exactly where I'm coming from with this posting. For those of you who haven't been there, please know that it is absolutely impossible to convey thru photo's the experience fully, which is why I'll post a few at a time as a sampling of this this memorable experience.

This place must be experienced in person and absorbed fully by your senses.The sheer volume of the unique, one-of-a-kind articles, images, and exhibits is mind boggling! It's also amazingly affordable! I arrived early at 9am, a full hour before 'doors', and stayed well into mid afternoon. On this Friday I was 1st thru the door, which proved to be an advantage. By noon there was a waiting line for tickets of about 45 minutes.

One exhibit that struck a chord with me were the poignant words of one Roger Waters, and founding member of Pink Floyd. Pink Floyd is more than one man, but there is something to be learned by all with his confessional on 'The Wall'. Enjoy the photo's! 'Train Wreck' ~ Z-Rock Weekends

TIPS, should you decide to go yourself sometime. Get there early (by 10am). Buy your tickets on-line. Don't forget a camera!
