You know the saying, "When one door closes, another one opens".  In this case, when one restaurant closes, a food truck opens.

Last week, we heard the sad news that Jenpachi closed their doors for good in Rochester.  It's always sad to see a business close up shop and unfortunately, we've seen that quite a bit lately due to Covid-19.

If you are already missing the food from Jenpachi, there is some good news for you today.  The chef that was at Jenpachi now has a food truck that is open in Rochester.

El Samurai Japanese Teppanyaki Cuisine shared the exciting news on their Facebook page that their grand opening was happening on Tuesday, June 23rd, and they would be located in the parking lot on North Broadway that is by CrossFit Credence and Melting Clock.

What's on the menu at the new food truck in Rochester?  One of the common questions was "Will there be lobster sauce?" and I can verify that yes, they will be serving lobster sauce.  If you are looking for it, it is called Samurai Yummy Yummy sauce.  Their menu is posted on their Facebook page and you can see everything that they are planning on serving here.

What's your favorite food truck in Rochester?  We've got quite a few now and several that are now hanging out on North Broadway.  Let me know your favorite by sending me a message over on my Facebook page (Jessica On The Radio) or DM me on Instagram.
