Rochester Police Release Name Of Man Involved In Tuesday Crash

Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - The Rochester Police Department has released the name of the man who was involved in a traffic crash Tuesday.
The man was driving in the 1000 block of 3rd Ave SE around 9:30 am when his vehicle veered across the opposite lanes and crashed into a power pole and the corner of a house.
The man was given medical treatment at the scene before he was taken to St Marys Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short while later.
The man was identified as 57-year-old David Sherwin.
Police suspect he suffered a medical issue before the crash but it's not known if that was the cause of death.
