Rochester Organizations Serve Up Awesome Hashtag To End Hunger In Minnesota

In Rochester, we love Channel One Food Bank - it's no surprise that they came up with a really creative way to raise funds for hungry Minnesotans this year.

We learned that Channel One Food Bank is teaming up with Rochester Motor Cars to create an easy way for 120,000 meals to be brought to hungry people in SE Minnesota.

Deann Swanson at RMC explains,

1 in 5 children in SE Minnesota do not have enough to eat. As a dedicated community member, we at Rochester Motor Cars believe everyone in our community should have access to a healthy meal. Through our Driven to End Hunger Campaign benefiting Channel One Food Bank and with YOUR help, we plan to raise $30,000 to provide over 120,000 meals to our neighbors here in SE Minnesota."

The two amazing organizations hope to accomplish this goal by September 30th.
