In southeast Minnesota, Dodge, Fillmore, Houston, Mower, Olmsted, Wabasha and Winona.

In Wisconsin, Adams, Buffalo, Crawford, Grant, Jackson, Juneau, La Crosse, Monroe, Richland, Trempealeau and Vernon.*
