No Gear Needed for Rochester’s Indoor Ice Fishing Tournament
Full disclosure: I hate being cold so I've never been ice-fishing. Wildwood Sports Bar in Rochester is holding an "Ice Fishing" tournament that I'm totally interested in checking out though. Their tournament is indoors which means you don't worry about freezing. You also don't need to worry about getting a pole or any gear. This isn't traditional ice-fishing.
Wildwood Sports Bar and Grill's 5th Annual Indoor Ice Fishing Tournament is Saturday February 9th starting at 11:00 AM and will benefit Rochester Mn Ducks Unlimited. Here's how it works - Every time you order a drink you get a card with a picture of a fish, it's species, and weight. Prizes are awarded to the 3 heaviest fish in each category
Tournament tickets are only $25 each and are available at Wildwood Sports Bar and Grill.
