More Eye Surgery for Vikings Head Coach

Minneapolis, MN (Learfield)  --  Vikings Head Coach Mike Zimmer is planning to have at least two more surgeries on his right eye.

He told reporters at the N-F-L Combine in Indianapolis that he hopes the procedures restore 50 percent of his limited eyesight.  Zimmer has already had four surgeries on the eye after he suffered a detached retina last year.  The fifth procedure to repair the detached right retina is set for the middle of next month.  The sixth will be scheduled for early summer.
