I know as a parent I'm always looking for local things to do that provide some sort of entertainment at a low cost (or better yet, free!) I also love supporting the community and local artisans and business owners.

This is the 5th year of the June Bloom Art & Music Festival Event. It will run June 14th to the 17th but primarily Saturday will hold a majority of the activities. This event is made possible by a Small Towns/Rural Areas from the Southeastern Minnesota Art Council for economic development. SEMAC supports and encourages the creation and development of art and arts organizations in communities with populations under 7,500.

My daughter, who's taking a creative shift from slime to "Stress Putty" with various textures and scents, will be joined by her peers with woodworking, soaps and so much more!
