Lake City Woman Seriously Hurt In Traffic Crash; Alcohol Involved

Rockford, MN (KROC AM News) - A Lake City woman was seriously hurt in a crash west of the Twin Cities Sunday night and the State Patrol says alcohol was involved.
The crash happened on Highway 55 in the town of Rockford around 8:15 pm.
The State Patrol says an SUV driven by 36-year-old Nicole Synstelien was eastbound when she collided with an oncoming vehicle. The report says her injuries were life-threatening and that she was taken to North Memorial Hospital.
The other driver was identified as 28-year-old Garrett Schultz of Brooklyn Center. He was treated at the scene for his injuries.
