On the other side of the Twin Cities, you have another chance at hearing footsteps and voices.  According to visitors, the Wabasha Street Caves in St. Paul used to be popular speakeasies and some of the regulars were mobsters.  Today, not only are footsteps and voices heard, but shadowy figures have also been spotted in the passages that are pretty dim.
