UPDATE-State Patrol IDs Dover Man Killed in Crash

(UPDATE) The State Patrol has identified the victim as 21-year-old Emiliano Rashid Kosnopfal of Dover.
Worthington, MN (KROC-AM News) - A young man from the Rochester area was the victim of a fatal traffic this morning in southwestern Minnesota.
The State Patrol is reporting that a 21-year-old Dover man was driving a small SUV west on I-90 when he lost control. The vehicle went off the roadway and into the median, where it rolled.
The victim's name has not been released.

The deadly crash was reported around 6:50 AM approximately 3 miles west of Worthington. The State Patrol is indicating snow and ice were present on the freeway around the time of the crash.
