
Oronoco Man & Hayfield Woman Injured in Collision at Kasson Intersection
Kasson, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two southeast Minnesotans were injured in a collision in Kasson over the weekend.

Both drivers were the only people involved in the crash.
The State Patrol responded to the collision shortly before 7:15 Saturday morning. A Jeep and SUV were involved in the two-vehicle crash.

The crash occurred at the intersection of 2nd Ave. SW and Veterans Memorial Pkwy.
The SUV was southbound on 2nd Ave. SW and the Jeep was heading east on Veterans Memorial Pkwy. when the two vehicles collided, the state crash report says.
31-year-old John Garrie Sandlin of Oronco was identified as the Jeep driver. The State Patrol says he was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The SUV driver, identified as 42-year-old Nicole Celia Henderson of Hayfield, was also taken to St. Mary’s Hospital, according to the State Patrol.
Both of the drivers were buckled up and alcohol was not suspected in the crash, the state crash report says.

The Kasson Fire Department, Dodge County Ambulance and the Dodge County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the two-vehicle collision.
