
Rochester Man Accused of Selling Cocaine/Fentanyl Mixture to Informant Multiple Times
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A series of alleged drug sales has led to the filing of a felony drug charge against a Rochester man.

The criminal complaint says the charge is the result of a Rochester police investigation that began this past March.
He is accused of making multiple drug sales to a police informant during controlled buys conducted over the course of three months in Rochester.

48-year-old Tommie Ali Brown is charged with one count of first-degree drug sales.

The court document alleges he made three sales to the law enforcement informant. The first alleged sale happened in March and the final one occurred this month.
During the transaction, the informant purchased a powdery white substance that tested positive for cocaine and fentanyl.
Over 20 Grams of Fentanyl/Cocaine Sold During Transactions
In all Brown sold the informant 22.7 grams of the drug mixture, the complaint says.
Brown made his first court appearance on Friday morning. He was released without bail and is due back in court later this month.
