
Teen Among 4 Killed in East-Central Minnesota Crash
Princeton, MN (MinnesotaNow) - Four people were killed, including a teenage boy, in a three-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in east-central Minnesota.
Deadly Head-on Collision
A preliminary crash report indicates the deadly collision occurred just before 3 p.m. Monday in Mille Lacs County. The crash site was along Highway 95 on the east edge of Princeton.

Elderly Driver of the SUV Crossed Centerline
The State Patrol says an SUV was traveling west on Highway 95 when it crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound car. A second eastbound car was also struck by a tire that flew off one of the vehicles.

Victims Identified
The State Patrol says both drivers involved in the head-on collision were killed. 80-year-old Marilyn Marshall of Princeton was driving the SUV that crossed the center line.

The driver of the car was identified as 60-year-old Jeffrey Geisler of Princeton. Two of his passengers were also killed in the crash. The State Patrol says 16-year-old Steven Geisler died after being transported to North Memorial Hospital, while 57-year-old Susan Geisler was pronounced dead at the scene.

Young Woman Critically Injured
A third passenger, 18-year-old Janessa Geisler of Princeton, was transported to North Memorial Hospital with what were described as life-threatening injuries.
The State Patrol says the driver of the car struck by the loose tire was not injured.
The crash report indicates alcohol was not involved. The State Patrol also noted that two of the people killed in the crash were not wearing seat belts. They were the driver of the SUV and the 57-year-old passenger in the car.
