Introducing 107-Minute Z-Rock Blocks

You know nobody in Southeast Minnesota rocks harder than we do. Now, nobody rocks longer, either. As of Monday, March 20th, Z-Rock is now playing 107-minute Z-Rock Blocks three times per day!

What's that mean? It means more of the rock you love, non-stop and commercial free. It's more than an hour and a half of the biggest bands back to back to back. We start in the 9 a.m. hour, after Free Beer and Hot Wings, do it again in the 11 a.m. hour, and get you home from work with another 107-minute Z-Rock Block starting in the 4 p.m. hour.
