On September 2nd, Branch Out Day Spa, just off of 18th Ave. NW in Rochester wrote a devasting note on Facebook explaining the catastrophe that happened:

Today was a heartbreaking moment at Branch Out. This morning our main water pipe burst causing a major loss at the business. As I know this is only a set back it saddens me to tell you all that we will be shut down as we figure out all the next steps. I will be looking at a temporary location but will take me a week or so! I am in tears writing this. My entire life has been put into making Branch Out the best for my clients and was taken away in less then 5 mins (not even kidding). The water came in fast…and continued to run steady for 45 mins before they could shut it off. I will know the extent of the damages more tomorrow…so until then. Pray for the business, for my sanity and all your lashes and faces to hold out while we navigate this together! I love you all very much. We are not over….we will be coming back!

This week was an exciting moment for Branch Out Day Spa because not only is it back, but it also had a ribbon cutting with the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce.

I had a chance to be there for the re-grand opening and ribbon cutting today and had a chance to walk-through and grabbed a video to give you a sneak peek of the inside of the spa.
