I Called The Vikings Collapse Back in October!

I must be some sort of psychic or something! Check out my post from October 31st about the Vikings.

This was halfway into their second loss of the season to the Bears. They had just been beaten by the Eagles the week before and things weren't going well for them against Chicago.

It seems like every year, The Vikings go through some sort of late season slump. Now, of course they have a lot of injuries to deal with but still. C'mon man! Sure they won the North last year but...with teams like Chicago, Detroit and my beloved Packers and the way this league looks now, that's a pretty easy feat. It's a pretty weak division this year and it's still up in the air. Anyone of the NFC North teams could win the division...you know...except DA BEARS!

So, don't fear, Viking fans. I think they'll be fine. They still have a shot at the title this year. So do the Lions and Packers. This is where football gets fun.

However, against the 10-1 Cowboys...I think they'll add another loss. Not to say the Vikings CAN'T beat them but the Cowboys are firing on all cylinders and riding a pretty big wave of momentum. But even as a Packer fan, it would be nice to see them get knocked down a peg by the Vikes at US Bank tonight. We'll see.

UPDATE: No Mike Zimmer tonight. He had eye surgery and will not be on the sideline tonight so I'm saying 31-14, Dallas.
