Video games and heavy metal music. Let's be honest, that's what's going on in our house most nights anyway, right?

A local business is making this a thing, and turning it into a really cool event. Do you know The Machine Shed? If you don't, they are the latest vintage video game stop to come to Rochester. You probably know them from hanging out at Rochester On Tap.

They have created the ultimate event for lovers of metal and vintage video games alike.

Mark your calendar for St. Patty's Weekend! Here's an event you can add to the "must do" list. They explain, "Normally, we play 80s and 90s rock, pop, and hip hop, but there is a genre that we don't get to entertain during the normal open hours."

In more awesome news, they say, "if this Metal Music night goes well, we're happy to keep it going! There are too many sub-genres of "metal" to really discuss what will be played, but it will be a mix from the 80s and 90s, and music influenced by that era. More information will be posted soon!"

So, you'll just have to stop in to find out what kind of metal will be played as you game! Keep your eyes here, for more info as the event gets closer.
