Fatal Car-Pedestrian Crash in Rochester
The Rochester Police Department is investigating a deadly car-pedestrian collision.
A spokesman says a 52-year-old Rochester woman was attempting to cross South Broadway at 25th street near the Walmart store when she was struck by a northbound car just before 9 o’clock Saturday night. It does not appear alcohol was involved.
The victim, whose name has not been released, was pronounced dead at St. Marys Hospital.
