A heads up for all of those living or drinking the water in Canton, Minnesota. The City of Canton posted on their Facebook page that the city water is contaminated with E. Coli.

The City of Canton posted it on their page Saturday afternoon (10/12) that all residents and users should boil their water before using it. The water was found to be contaminated on Saturday.

 

You can read from the Facebook post above that you should boil all water before drinking, and let it boil for one minute before cooling. This includes when making ice, brushing teeth, drinking water, washing dishes, etc. You can see more about the procedure from the city on their Facebook page.
