Behind The Video: Metallica – ‘Hardwired’

It's kind of impossible to get too excited about Metallica's new music. We've heard "Hardwired" numerous times already, and we're stoked for the release of the double disc effort Hardwired ...To Self Destruct in November - but until then, here's a behind the scenes look at the making of the video for their latest hit.

The best part of this video has to be James applauding the "lower level lighting" which provides "instant evil!" haha!

"Hardwired" has been a massive success. Blabbermouth details, "METALLICA's "Hardwired" recently entered the Billboard + Twitter Top Tracks chart at position No. 2. The cut also landed at No. 18 on the Mainstream Rock Songs airplay chart after less than three days of airplay in the track week ending August 21. It was the 32nd-charting song for the band on Mainstream Rock Songs, stretching back to the debut of "One" on the March 11, 1989-dated list."
