Automatic Car Washes…A Thing Of The Future…Maybe

I used to just love washing my car!  When it was new of course.  Then, the joy of it wears off, because, it's your old car and you are busy.  A new type of car is being tested out that makes it so that you dont have to wash it.  EVER!  For real?  Apparently!

The makers at Nissan have come up with this formula:  a coat of Ultra-Ever-Dry on top of the paint.

The only issue with it not being out just yet is how long will it last?

If you ask me, and you didn't, but I'm going to tell you anyways what I think, ahem... this would come in real handy on those days when you have a ton of crow poop on your car from downtown Rochester.  I have the fondest of memories when I brought home my shiny beautiful new Buick and I had to take the droppings off one by one every day.   Now, if this special formula repels that, I'd say, put it in a bottle and I'll spray it on my car!  Wouldnt that be nice?  I'll cross my fingers.  It bugs me when I have to drive around a heaping pile of this... not to mention the extra fuel expense and deterioration of the finish.  Let's face it, washing your car IS only fun when you first get it.
