Argument over Beer Leaves Rochester Man with Broken Arm
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - Rochester police officers were called to the Homestead Motel on Marion Road late Monday night to investigate an assault.
Officers found a 52-year-old man suffering from a broken arm.
The victim told the officers he was drinking with a friend when he got into an argument with another man at the residence "over a beer." The victim says he also confronted the man after he patted a woman on the rear. The victim says the man pulled out a knife but he was able to take it away. He says the man then picked up a piece of wood and struck his arm.
The victim was taken to St. Marys Hospital.
At last report, the suspect was still being sought.
