Are Rochester Women Judged For Their Tattoos? – [WATCH]
When Samm Adams introduced me to her new ink, I immediately fell in love! As women, however, we had some questions that you may have had before.
She confided in me that she was nervous about the location of her new tattoo. She now has a half sleeve thanks to a gorgeous work of art done by Sacred Heart Studios. We both wondered if she'd be judged, as a woman, for having a half sleeve.
It's been said that 47% of women under the age of 35 are tattooed somewhere on their body.
We're just wondering why it matters where you place it? We know women with "full sleeves" are seen as delinquents, or worse. It's our opinion that men are simply seen as "more manly" the more tattoos they have.
What's true for Rochester? Does our city have a different perception? Or, does the thought match our opinions?
