Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A citizen's report of suspicious activity led to the arrest of a burglary suspect at a Rochester business early Sunday morning.

The Rochester Police Department says the officers that responded to the report around 5:45 a.m. spotted a man with a bandanna covering his face inside the office at Bear Creek Auto in the 600 block of 4th Street Southeast. A spokesman says the man, who was carrying a folder containing vehicle titles and a checkbook for the business, was identified as 26-year-old Isaac Coley and claimed he was an employee of Bear Creek Auto Sales.

When he went to get his drivers license out of his vehicle, one of the officers recognized it as one that had been reported stolen. After confirming his suspicions, Coley was taken into custody and soon after it was confirmed that he did not work for auto sales business.

Coley is being held in the Olmsted County jail on suspicion of 4th-degree burglary, possession of stolen property and vehicle theft charges.
