A Birthday Tradition

In my house, it has become a tradition to buy cakes that are...not appropriate for the person & their age. Take this little beauty for instance. My birthday was December 12th.....and I got a Justin Bieber cake this year. UGH! Eat it? I wanted to PUNCH IT! I'd like to say there have been worse cakes on my birthday but.....Not really. This one has to be at the top of the list of BAD cakes for a guy my age.

I forgot what I got last year but I know it wasn't "Beiber Cake" bad.....but probably close. I got this princess cake for my birthday in 2011

For my wife, she HATES bowling....HATES it. (Not sure why, as long as I have a beer in my hand, I'll do anything) So I ended up getting her a bowling cake, complete with a little plastic bowling ball and pins. Sadly, I don't think a picture of that magnificent cake exists.....but it did happen. Another one I got her was one of here least favorite TV shows. (Not sure why it's her least favorite. I don't think she's ever watched an episode) But I thought it would be funny to get her one of these bad boys.

And so, the tradition will continue in March. I'll let you know.....but I BELIEB it will never be as bad as a Justin Bieber cake. And to top it off, it was a stupid whipped cream frosting....NOT butter cream frosting! UGH!
