It’s what’s for dinner – Chicken Breast Kakobs
Chicken Breast (pre-grilled & basted w/ olive oil, garlic powder, black pepper & soy sauce) cut to uniform chunks, whole mushrooms, Vadalia Onion, Sweet Red Pepper.
Grill on skewers until onion & peppers are slightly
softened (but retain crunch). Baste w/ more olive oil/garlic powder/black pepper. Serve on a bed of brown rice. (around 30 minutes) -'train'
