Yet Another Lettuce Recall In Minnesota

In news that is only good for children who don’t like to eat their vegetables, Minnesota now has yet another food produce recall to worry about.

You know that there has already been a massive recall on Romaine lettuce, which I swear has been one of those “at risk” foods all year long. Unfortunately, one of the California farms linked to the most recent Romaine lettuce E. coli outbreak is recalling even more of its products, including red leaf lettuce, green leaf lettuce, and cauliflower. While no one has fallen ill from these products, Adam Bros. Farming Inc is recalling them “out of an abundance of caution.” Better safe than sorry, as Minnesota is one of the states affected by the recall.

Just a quick reminder that you don’t want to experience the symptoms of E. Coli poisoning. Symptoms include diarrhea, urinary tract infections, respiratory illness, pneumonia, and more. It’s never a good thing when sentences like that end in “and more,” so you might want to throw away that lettuce in your fridge ASAP.
