Paving work is set to continue this week between Marion Rd. Southeast and Olmsted County Rd. 19 in Chester. MnDOT advises motorists to plan for significant delays and to use alternative routes to avoid the paving area.

Crews started resurfacing the five-mile stretch of Hwy. 14 through southeast Rochester on September 19. MnDOT officials say 24,000 drivers use the highway daily.
