Wisconsin Man Killed in Wabasha Wreck

Wabasha, MN (KROC-AM News) - A head-on traffic wreck involving a semi-truck and a pickup truck Wednesday killed one driver and shut down a section of Highway 61 in Wabasha County.  

The State Patrol says the wreck happened around 3 p.m. near Reads Landing, which is just north of Wabasha. The Patrol says 60-year-old Patrick Noll of Alma, Wisconsin was driving the pickup and he died at the scene. The truck driver was 36-year-old Matthew Hartwig of Cannon Falls. He was not hurt.
